At Irv's Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Simply ensure all hangtags are attached and the product is in new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the unused luggage or accessory back into its original shipping box, ensuring all original protective materials and tags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
